PART I: STAY TUNED IN TO YOU.
Keep listening to your personal call, and hold yourself accountable to your inner Liberated Self. In other words, keep tapping into and choosing what you already know is deeply nourishing to your body, mind, heart and path. Give what you read and learned time to absorb, assimilate and transform into your own personal truths.
Take your time, but be intentional and clear — remember your power to CHOOSE to nourish yourself authentically.
Continue to give yourself permission to keep going, to gain courage and to gain deeper insight of your inner medicine. Do this by committing to a home practice of yoga or meditation and art, get involved in your community, visit Nature (and your tree) often, and create a local tribe/circle to which you can support and be supported.
